James was appointed in 2016 after a highly successful playing career, James represented Army four times 2006, 2011, 2013 and 2015 as the Captain. He is a two-time premiership captain for Collingullie FC in AFL Riverina and also a premiership player for the Banks FC in the NTFL competition. He has Coached with NT Thunder and the Canberra Demons in the NEAFL. He has experience at the elite level with AFL House, Brisbane Lions, Geelong and Collingwood FC. James holds an AFL Level 3 High Performance Coaching certificate, which speaks volumes of his commitment in the game both as a player and coach.

He initially representing Army in 2002 as a player.
He has played in multiple premierships as a player in various states and also represented QLD in 1995.
Jamie is a 3 time premiership coach in Townsville.

Scott has recently been appointed in 2022, after representing Army as a player in 2016. Scott has represented
Darwin region on multiple occasions in 2009, 2010 & 2015, including representing clubs including Banks Football Club and Tracey Village Football Club.

Jorja has recently been appointed as the first female assistant coach in the men's program. Jorja was a long standing member in the female space as a player, manager, Captain and the Head Coach 2016 - 2018. During her time in Army AFL she has been a valued member of the committee as the equipment and clothing manager. She has played in various regional competitions during her playing career before embarking on coaching in Queensland with Zillmere, University of Queensland and in her current club Aspley Hornets where she is a senior assistant and forward line coach. Jorja is currently completing her Level Three Community coaching course. She is the current Defensive coach with the National Army team.
